The Monica M. Lee Research Excellence Award, named for the first editor of Human Resource Development International, is awarded for the outstanding article in each annual volume of the journal. Nomination ProcessEach committee member will nominate 2 or 3 of all the articles, refereed and nonrefereed, printed in the volume (5 issues) for the award. Each will then rate the nominated articles using specific criteria under each of the above categories. The highest ranked article will receive the award.
