Questions About Accessing the Journal-Specific Website

Please contact the journals’ publishers directly.

If you experience issues viewing the journals, please contact those companies directly. AHRD.org does not maintain the websites for any journals, only the list of journals available to AHRD members.

AHRD sponsors four refereed research Journals: Advances in Developing Human Resources, Human Resource Development International, Human Resource Development Quarterly and Human Resource Development Review. All AHRD members receive electronic searchable access to all four AHRD sponsored journals – ADHR, HRDI, HRDQ and HRDR. Upon joining and renewal, members may also choose to receive hard copies in addition, for a nominal fee.

Journal Options

To view the journals, AHRD members must sign into the AHRD Journals page. If, after you select a journal, you have any journal website questions - please direct them to that specific website.

Please note that the online access to the journals does not mean that our journals are becoming e-journals. They will continue unchanged and will be published in hard copy and online.

  • Members: Use this page to view the journal options and remember to sign in to view the journals available to AHRD members.
  • Remember, the journals are not maintained by AHRD.org, just the page listing the journal options.
  • If you experience issues with the sign-in on the journal website, please contact that website directly.
